Paul Gerace has been the Broker/Owner of Ace Properties since it’s very beginning in 2008. He has accumulated hundreds of hours of education to help investors buy, sell and manage their most prized investment properties.
He is a member of The National Association of Realtors, The National Association of Residential Property Managers, The Austin Board of Realtors and is a licensed Texas Realtor. His goal is to help people realize their goals of owning and profiting from their investment properties.
He constantly studies the Central Texas Real Estate market so he can provide top notch services to his clients.
